Personal pronouns are words used in place of names and nouns to refer to people, animals and things.

Remember to use the subject form of personal pronouns when the pronoun is the subject of the sentence (subject = a person or a thing that does the action):
Can I give you my phone number?
Use the object form of personal pronouns when the pronoun is the object of the sentence (person/thing receiving the action). Use the object form also after prepositions, e.g. with, for, to:
You will soon be with him again.
The possessive forms mark ownership. When the possessive is not followed by a noun, add an s at the end of the word (except in the first person):
Is that my toy or yours?
