Accessibility of the WordDive.com Website

The WordDive.com website meets the W3C WCAG 2.1 Level AA criteria.

Accessibility testing was conducted in 2026 using a combination of automated analysis tools and manual testing performed by an expert.

Devices used for testing: Desktop (Windows 11 & macOS) and Mobile (iOS & Android emulation). Assistive technology: NVDA screen reader (Windows/Chrome) and VoiceOver (macOS/Safari).

Analysis tools used: Google Lighthouse & Axe DevTools: Code-level errors and ARIA attribute validation. AudioEye: Measurement of colour contrasts and readability.

We strive to produce clear and easily discoverable content for the WordDive website.

Accessibility of the WordDive Application

The accessibility of the application was evaluated through internal testing in 2026.

Practicing with a screen reader is possible within the WordDive application. Other accessibility features of the WordDive app include:

  • Colour settings
    • Normal colors
    • High contrast
    • Red-green color blindness mode
  • Animation settings
    • Reduce application animations
  • Text size adjustment
  • Speed of speech adjustment

Some buttons on the application screen can be used with a physical keyboard. This setting displays labels for these specific keys.
