Personalized learning

The WordDive service optimizes the repetition of every study item for you personally. Nothing is repeated needlessly, only items that require more attention from you.

If you are a fast learner, the overall speed of progress will increase automatically. If, on the other hand, you need to exercise more, repetition will increase automatically. WordDive will come to know your language skills quickly and adapts to your personal needs.

Multimodal association

WordDive studies will proceed quickly toward thinking in the language being learned. A mental image of each study item is triggered by a picture instead of your native language. The association of picture and word is strong and allows your brain to concentrate on just one language at a time. This picture, for example, is associated with the concept "energy".

Memory activation

WordDive activates your brain in multiple ways through every possible sense. You will be seeing, listening, writing and speaking.

In addition to these diverse activation methods, there is a brief moment in each exercise when the study item is stored only in your memory, not as text on the screen. This moment is almost unnoticeable, but long enough to activate your short-term memory.

Study what you want whenever you want

WordDive is an online language learning service. It is available to you when you need it and where you need it - all you need is an Internet connection. The study material in each language is divided into sixteen categories, and you can select any or all of them. You can change the selections for every studying session or keep them until you have learned every word in your selected categories permanently.

How does WordDive fit in with other learning methods?

WordDive has proved to be an excellent complement to other learning methods. For example, if you participate in classroom training, you will notice that your progress as a WordDive user is faster than that of the other students.

If WordDive is your main means of learning a language, it is recommended to complement your studies by using the new language actively. You can watch TV or read books and magazines in the language you are learning, even if you do not understand everything yet. It is also a good idea to meet and interact with native speakers whenever possible. People will usually be happy to hear that you are studying their language and will gladly talk with you for a while.
