If you do not know the answer or enter an incorrect one, WordDive will show you the correct answer. Below is the Spanish word fresca, fresh.



After clicking OK, you will write the word in the empty field. You might not notice it while you practice, but during this time you do not see the word fresca written anywhere. For this brief moment, the new word is stored only in your brain. The moment is very short, but long enough to activate the short-term memory.



Immediately after writing the answer, WordDive makes sure that you got it right and will also remember the word exactly right.

With WordDive, you will be studying by multimodal association: listening, seeing, writing and pronouncing each answer. After this, you will hear, see and repeat an example sentence where the words in the answer are used in a natural context and form.

This means seven repetitions in approximately ten seconds, all the while looking at the picture. This activates your brain on many levels and enhances the memory. At the same time, the foundation is laid for reading, writing, listening to and speaking the new language.
