Repeat a course or start your language from the beginning

As a result of numerous customer requests, we have now developed a new functionality for you: In addition to repeating single courses, you can now reset all results related to one language.

If you decide that you want to revise your courses, you now have two different options:

A) Repeat one single course
Repeating the course resets the results to zero, so you can start exercising the course completely from the beginning. All the course results and certificates related to this course will be deleted.

You can also repeat a completed course in the mobile app.

B) Start the whole language from the beginning
Start completely from the beginning. All the course results and certificates related to this language will be deleted.

Please note: These reset operations cannot be undone.

You can find both of these options on your Exercise tab in the web browser version at Menu -> Settings.

To repeat a single course, click “Repeat the Course” in your completed courses section. You can only repeat a course if it has been completed 100%.

To start the whole language from the beginning, click “Start from Beginning” in your Start (language) from beginning section.

    Hi, can I leave my present language and change it to a new one? My payment is valid still several months!

    Hi
    I write this letter to ask why my Worddive is locked? My time period of Comprehensive Finnish is until May 4,2018. Can you tell me why.
    I have sent you several e-mail but when I call you, you always said that you have not received the e-mail.

      Thank you for your message. Sorry for the inconveniences.

      Unfortunately we have not received any of your e-mails. I checked your account from our system, and you have only the free Finnish for immigrants -course. You can re-activate the course anytime you want: https://www.worddive.com/en/language-courses/finnish-for-immigrants

      If you have paid for a course, can you please send us a receipt. Please try sending it with another e-mail, if we would receive it then.
